At MoreBeer!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing equipment and ingredients. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned brewing gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
