How long will it take for my brewing supplies to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do you offer free shipping on large equipment?
Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders over $59. Please note that some oversized items, such as heavy conical fermenters or full brewing systems, may incur a flat-rate freight charge.
What is your return policy for ingredients and yeast?
To ensure the highest quality for all brewers, we cannot accept returns on perishable items like liquid yeast, hops, or milled grains. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team immediately.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive for fast shipping, orders move to our warehouse quickly. You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement via your account dashboard; after that, please call us to see if a manual intervention is possible.
Are your recipe kits suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our 'Extract' recipe kits are designed specifically for beginners and include step-by-step instructions. For more advanced brewers, we also offer 'All-Grain' versions of most recipes.
